A smoother start.

Get CTalk on your Android phone.

The current download is a signed Android APK, version 1.5.4 (20.7 MB). The main download is for phones running 64-bit Android 7.0 or later. 32-bit Android (18.3 MB) and Intel/AMD Android (22.3 MB) downloads are also available.

1. Download the APK using the button above. The official download is served from app.ctalk.buzz.
2. Open the downloaded CTalk.apk file from your browser or Downloads folder.
3. If Android asks, allow your browser or file manager to install this app. Review the prompt, then choose Install. You can turn that installation permission off afterward.
4. Open CTalk and sign in with your User ID and password.

Updating the official 1.5.1 APK? Install this release over it. It uses the same signing key and preserves app data. Choose the build that matches your device. If Android reports that the 64-bit build is incompatible, your phone may run 32-bit Android; use the 32-bit download linked above.

There is currently no iPhone APK, iOS app or App Store download. Browser access is available through CTalk Web after linking from Android.

A User ID is your way in.

You don't need a phone number or email address to sign in. Your account role determines what you can access.

• Clients: your workspace admin creates your account and gives you a User ID and password. You can chat with your admin, assigned manager and the groups you belong to.
• Managers and assistants: your admin creates your account and assigns clients to you. You get a separate conversation with each assigned client.
• Workspace admins: the platform's super admin creates or approves your workspace. Manage your clients, team and groups from the same app.
• Super admins: use the same app and web entry point to manage workspaces and administrator access.

If you don't have access yet, contact the person inviting you to CTalk. A download alone doesn't create a client account.

Forgotten your password?

Clients and managers should contact their workspace admin using a contact method they already have. Workspace admins should contact their platform super admin. There is no email or SMS reset. Keep your login details somewhere private.

A bigger screen. The same space.

1. On your computer, open CTalk Web. A QR code will appear.
2. On your signed-in Android app, open the menu and choose Linked devices → Link a device.
3. Scan the QR code on your computer.
4. Compare the confirmation code on both devices, then approve the computer on your phone.

Your phone can go offline after linking. Only your permitted conversations and account controls appear in the browser. Use Linked devices on your phone to review or revoke browser access.

If the QR expires, use the refreshed code. If linking fails, check that both devices are using app.ctalk.buzz and that the phone has an internet connection.

Share it. Save it. Find it again.

Send images, videos, documents and voice recordings. Each attachment can be up to 20 MB. Open a chat's Media, documents & audio view to browse shared items.

• On a computer: use Download on the message or media viewer. Your browser chooses the download folder or asks where to save it.
• On Android: use Save to Downloads. Compatible photos and videos also offer Save to Gallery. Older Android versions may show a system save picker.
• Delete for me: removes the message from your view.
• Delete for everyone: is available for your own messages within 48 hours of sending.

Deletion cannot erase files someone has already saved, screenshots, forwarded copies or text quoted in another message. See the privacy guide for details.

Keep the important conversations close.

On Android, allow CTalk's notification permission to receive message alerts. You can reply or mark messages as read from a notification.

• Check Android Settings → Apps → CTalk → Notifications.
• Check whether that conversation is muted and whether your phone is in Do Not Disturb mode.
• Battery restrictions and network conditions can delay alerts. Review your phone's battery settings if delivery is inconsistent.
• Protect your device and review its lock-screen preview settings if you don't want message previews visible there.

Incoming call sounds respect Android Silent, vibration and Do Not Disturb settings. Check your ringtone volume and the CTalk Incoming calls notification channel if a call alert is silent. The outgoing ringback stops when the call is answered or ends. In a browser, interact with CTalk once to allow call audio playback.

CTalk Web receives live updates while connected. Android push notifications and browser updates are different features; this release doesn't promise browser push alerts after the browser is closed.

Start with your workspace admin.

Your admin can help with account access, password resets, manager assignments and group membership. Contact them through a channel you already use if you can't sign in.

For a technical issue, tell them your app version, device type, what you were trying to do and the error shown. Never send your password, recovery material or a QR approval code as part of a support request.
