YOUR CONVERSATIONS. A BIGGER SCREEN.
CTalk Web.
Sign in from your browser.
Use CTalk messaging, media and calls in a browser. Sign in with the same User ID and password you use in the app. No phone or desktop installation is needed; QR linking is also available.
Your existing account, in your browser.
- Choose Web login.
- Enter the User ID and password provided by your workspace, or your updated credentials.
- Select Sign in to open your conversations and workspace tools.
Owners, managers, team members, clients and super admins use the same login. Your account permissions determine what you can see. No phone number or email is required.
If you forget your password, contact your workspace administrator. Read account help.
Web loginWeb login and approve your computer.
- On your computer, open the official CTalk Web page and select Link with a QR code instead.
- On your signed-in Android app, open the menu, then Linked devices → Link a device.
- Scan the QR code shown on your computer.
- Compare the confirmation code on both devices, then approve the computer on your phone.
Only approve a browser you intend to use. A linked browser receives account access, so do not approve QR codes someone sends in a message. If the code expires, scan the refreshed code.
QR linking needs your signed-in Android phone for approval. You can return to User ID/password login at any time. New to CTalk? Ask your workspace administrator for an account, then use the web login or install the Android app.
Web loginMessages, files and calls at your desk.
After signing in, your permitted conversations and account controls appear on the computer. Send messages, reply, react and share media. Open photos or videos in the viewer, and use Download to save a copy. Your browser controls the download location or asks you where to save.
Voice notes play inline. You can also join audio and video calls with browser microphone and camera permissions. Android and browser interfaces share your account permissions; signing in on a computer does not grant access to other client conversations.
Your phone can go offline after linking. The browser still needs its own internet connection. CTalk Web receives live updates while connected; browser push alerts after closing the browser are not available in this release.
Stay signed in, and stay in control.
Your browser session stays saved through ordinary browser restarts and temporary connection problems. There is no inactivity logout. Explicit logout, administrator password resets, suspension or device revocation can end access. Clearing browser site data also requires signing in again.
On Android, open Linked devices to review or revoke either a password-signed-in or QR-linked browser. Up to five browser sessions can be active; sign out of an older browser or remove it from Linked devices before adding another. On a shared computer, sign out when finished. A private-browsing window typically clears its local storage when closed, so it is not suitable for keeping a persistent session.
Understand account recovery and device privacy, including why an unlocked device or linked browser can access your conversations.
If CTalk Web does not open.
Check that the address starts with https://app.ctalk.buzz/web/. Check your internet connection and sign in with your current credentials. For QR linking, also check your phone connection and scan the current code. If a page update is available, reload before trying again.
For calls, allow the requested microphone or camera permission and interact with the page once to enable audio. For account access, contact your workspace admin through a channel you already have; never send your password or QR approval code in a support message.
See the web login help guide or explore User ID messaging and group calls.
